  In this project I have learned how to create a social justice poster, but before, we had to investigate and choose wisely on what we had to work on.

This poster shows a lot of color and some reflection and shadows across the face and glasses. The glasses have words that can mean something towards what she is seeing in front of her. I like the color because it may show what she is feeling, looking or thinking. The color probably shows that its during the summer time or probably chilling out during the warm weather . In this poster we see some brightness going through and between the words future and island. Also the brightness looks like its covering a word in the middle. This shows a nice contrast between the lighting and the words future and island. Also the brightness shows that the word in the middle of the portrait can be explicit or not available for the public. This advertisement shows a wired cable having an electrocution problem and can be significant towards what the poster is talking about.  In this project I have learned how to create a social justice spread by choosing my own social justice idea. The social justice I have chose for this project is gun violence. Gun-related violence is violence committed with the use of a firearm. Gun-related violence may or may not be considered criminal. Criminal violence includes homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, and suicide, or attempted suicide, depending on jurisdiction. Firearms cause devastating injuries that leave a lasting impact on mental and physical health. Some gunshot victims need intensive, lifelong care. Others may lose their ability to work. Many have little or no access to programmes that offer adequate long-term care and rehabilitation. For this project I have used photoshop, illustrator and indesign from adobe in order to do specific things. I used photoshop to see photos I wanted to use and create a montage on them. What I have learned of going to Cooper Hewitt, is that it is mostly devoted  to historical and contemporary design. There are many signs that Ive liked a lot, but there was one specifically that we have been taught about. The accessibility sign. This sign has a lot of history and changes. It was initially designed by a student who they say from Denmark, and has been shared to 25 different countries and now the USA. Since then, it has been used to represent accessibility for wheelchair users. This sign has received an updated picture, as it looks like the old version is just static, and the new one has some motion from the person towards the wheelchair. Now in terms of the olympic sports signals, there have been significant changes. In 1948, the drawing looked more detailed and specific. In 1964, people have started to "imagine" there drawings and have made it more meaningful. In 1968, it looks similar but it has a darker background and lighter cooler in the drawings....

 In the data I see in this graph, it shows the amount of immigrant population increasing during the year 2020. In my concept the use of gun violence has been increasing this year, although in 2022 the amount of gun violence has decreased a bit in comparison to 2021. This shows the amount of protests and rage from people, around the United States specifically, that have increased specifically. Gun-related violence is violence committed with the use of a firearm.
